Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.

We purchased a Sebo Vacuum to replace an aging Miele. The Sebo has been an excellent purchase every bit as good as the Miele and in some way even better. The advice we received at Willett was outstanding and the service is top-rate. We will continue to go there for all our vacuum and cleaning needs.

I thought I wanted to get a Miele vacuum and ended up with a Sebo. Wow we are so impressed and happy with our purchase. I also have a dyson and have basically stopped using it because I love my Sebo so much.Tony was hands down the most helpful and knowledge vacuum guy around. He gave me a run down of how to use the device and everything! We have two kids under two and he helped me find the vacuum I needed. There is no mess our vacuum can’t handle. We bought the Sebo E3! I thought I wanted bagless but with kids a bag is so much better. The dust has been reduced in our house as well. Go visit Tony, I’m so glad I didn’t make a purchase like this on Amazon.

Went to Willet last year for a new vacuum and left the store with a Sebo canister vacuum. We are thoroughly happy with the machine and the service from Willet. Very happy that we bought local instead of online.

The Sebo vacuum cleaner that we bought at Willett Vacuum in Larchmont is a great improvement over the high end machine we had previously. The Sebo is lighter, quieter, and has an extremely long chord. The length of the chord means that you can easily vacuum an entire room and then some without having to unplug etc. The design of the Sebo easily allows you to connect the electric broom directly to the handle of the hose which is great for vacuuming stairs. The presence of a shut-off switch on the handle is another convenience. Finally the people at Willett have been a pleasure to interact with. They are pleasant and super knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Great shopping experience. I was walking by, so I dropped in just to take a look. I had been thinking about getting a Miele canister, but was not in any rush. The knowledge and professionalism of the salesperson made a huge difference. There was no pressure to buy, but I left having purchased a Sebo and I am totally satisfied. I couldn't take it with me right then, so I offered to pick it up in a few days. Instead I got a call, and it was promptly delivered to our home the next day. As an aside and in terms of pricing, Willett has the same price as everywhere else, including the internet, so why not support a local merchant? 5 stars for product knowledge, service, courtesy. I highly recommend this store.

Real customer service at Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. Got a great deal for the office vacuum and ended up purchasing a Miele vacuum for the home, which we love. They seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus online shopping for vacuums dont help, save the headache and see them. Thanks Tony!!!
