They lose certified mail and then take no responsibility saying it is not their problem. They come out the service door to help you then slam it in your face. Real professional. Any other business on the planet would have to issue a refund if services were not provided. Not USPS! That's why no one uses them anymore.

Lousy service by the Post Master: allowed a crooked ex-tenant to forward all my house mail to his new address. I already lost two large-amount checks.In addition, The Post Master refused to stop forwarding my mail, saying it's my responsibility. I don't have any new data for ex-tenant. It's a shame.

We tried to send an international package. We meticulously filled-out the customs form according to the instructions, and paid a $95 shipping fee. The package came back as 'return to sender' with no explanation. We spoke to the post office employees, and then to the Postmaster lady. Nobody could provide a reason, except that it must have been 'something to do' with the customs form (which, again, was meticulously filled-out according to the instructions). After lots of 'discussion' with the Postmaster lady, there's no refund, no apologies, nothing. I am told that If we'd like to try to send the package again, we need to pay $95 again. Good luck. Larchmont office and USPS, you let us down. Again.

Thus is the USPS in Larchmont NY and I had worst experience today as no one knows where my three day priority pkg went since I dropped it off on 8/1/23 and went there personally to get some clarity as to why. tracking has not updated since the. either. four days withot any update. yesterday I was told that the internet had been down and again today??? how do they managed their jobs without. I spoke to three people today and non of them were able to shed any light and was just guessing or making excuses. two women and a young man who was the nicest of three. someone named Karen took over the conversation from the young man and said she'd take it over and with a bad attitude. she was very rude and when u ask for a manage, she said there's no manager on-site but she felt it upon herself to step in? I never had a problem here until today and the pkg I sent was worth hundreds of dollars. really peculiar as to no tracking updates since 8/1 and it's now four days later.

Would not allow me to tape my box closed claimed I had to purchase an entire roll of tape. I let them know that I would be taking this box to UPS for delivery.
