“Amazing customer service by the owner. Due to a mixup in the store thinking I was picking up my order, and I was expecting a delivery..... I did not receive my package and missed my opportunity to give my gift to a close friend. Michael the owner was incredibly responsive and sprung into action to make lemonade out of lemons, by hand delivering my purchase all the way to a foreign country!!!!!!! “Came here to try out cigars for the first time with my two best friends, they heavily recommend this place for the beautiful atmosphere and wide variety of cigar collection, and I must say I was blown away by that alone, I enjoyed my cigar experience and now find myself occasionally on weekends going to smoke a cigar at this location, it is a nice spot, I come from the Bronx to smoke here and relax and it is a great experience each time for me so far, staff is also very helpful patient and very knowledgeable of there product, I cannot wait to go next time.”

“This place is truly amazing! the store is a time travel machine : ) You can watch the guys making cigars front of you. It is a rare genuine experience.To be seen!! My son was turning 18 so, as a symbolic gesture, a good cigar was a must. I asked the manager for recommendations. I got something small in size but very close to a Cohiba in flavor, very elegant. My son and I loved it : ) I have few friends who are passionate about cigars. Over the years, i had the chance to try the best stuff from around the world. I insure you, this is the real deal. I can't stop talking about it : ) Be aware, the store window is small; i passed front of it many years without a clue. Pricing is not reflecting the quality neither : )-”
