Apparently they only offer full service if it's not raining. Sat at the pump for a few min with no one coming out so we had to move to the self service side.

I called to make an appointment for 2010 Mini Cooper S. I have a 3rd party warranty that covers the car. I asked if they accepted the warranty from Superior Performance and I was told they would. After dropping my car off I received a call from a different person telling me there were 7 codes on the car and they didn't know where to start (he said that twice in the same conversation). On top of that, I was told they wouldn't accept the warranty because he had never heard of the company. I was hoping they would have prioritized the issues and given me a choice of fixing the critical items and dealing with the rest at a later date. Instead, they just threw up their hands and quit.On top of that, they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee when they clearly advertised a free check engine light scan!Highly incompetent. I would not recommend them.

$116 for an oil change! WTF charged. $25 labor fee in addition to the synthetic motor oil. Will never go back there!

I was just ripped off BIG TIME to fix a flat. 52 bucks to put in a tire plug, and oh yeah, they threw my spare in the trunk. Ridiculous, thieves!

Brought car here because of Yelp rating...quoted me $650ish for the work needing to be done... arrived and charged close to $900... I understand things happen so I didn't make a big deal out of it but would have appreciated a call...less than 24 hours after my repairs the same issue with my car continued... when I contacted the response was "you have other issues with your car"...isn't that why the car was in your shop in the first place? Buyer be aware!

If a negative star was an option, they'd get it. I've frequented this gas station several times; however, my last experience was horrible. When I walked in, the clerk was on his personal computer and I had to ask for help- he didn't acknowledge me but went to the register and asked "what you want." As I proceeded to pay, the stormy weather affected the payment methods- the credit card machine wasn't reading my chip or the swipe. When I asked the clerk if he could "type in" my credit card number, he became belligerent and started screaming "how can I help you? You give me money I give you gas." told him was asking a question so he didn't need to be rude and he told me "you people have problems, that the problem." I cannot believe he made that comment; needless to say I will never go back and hope the owners give the clerk some customer service training.

Angelo has been taking care of my family's cars for years. It is hard to find a mechanic you can fully trust however Angelo and his team has earned that trust! On numerous occasions, he has founds errors that other mechanics might have overlooked.

I have an SUV. I've been looking to have a custom lift installed for 6 months now.I decided to call Giacomo Service station.A friendly voice said hello "Angelo"..I explained to Angelo what I was looking to do with my Rav4; He said come up to the shop, let's look at what you want done.He looked at the job, he looked at all the Manuals.Very clean, very organized, all modern equipment and in orderly shape!To shorten things up a bit, he installed my lift, he installed all my off road tires, did a precision high speed balance of precision drive force alignment and handed me back my car without a scratch, and a job very well done. And the price was very reasonable for all the labor involved!Thanks again!James

I had a very annoying vibration that I felt in my steering wheel at speeds or 65 mph. I had the wheels balanced 2 times at another local tire distributor, and no one could make the vibration go away. I was interested in having my wheels road force balanced to see if that would work. I went to the Hunter website, and saw Giacomo's listed as having the latest balancing and alignment equipment from Hunter. I had a good experience with Giacomo's several years ago with a trailer hitch installation. Made an appointment, dropped off the car. The owner called me a few times to discuss his progress. Turned out one of the tires was out of spec, and the Hunter machine was able to correct the problem. I picked up the car, and the problem has completely gone away. Excellent service, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them - and will be using going forward. -Andy
