I needed my wedding ring resized. Also I needed an antique pendant repaired. I ordered it online from Paris, France, and when it got here it had come apart. I was heartbroken to have paid a good deal of money for it, and I wanted it fixed immediately. Regarding making my wedding ring larger, two Bronx jewelers informed me that my wedding ring could not be made bigger because it has a feather-like design on it and it would be ruined if altered. (Palmer Jewelers was able to do it and you couldn't even tell anything had been done to it). Palmer Jewelers to the rescue! The three women who work there are exceptionally kind and considerate, even offering me water, as it was quite warm outside. The pendant was repaired and my ring resized in a few weeks. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional jeweler, who really did a fine job on my jewelry. Also, they have exquisite jewelry for sale. The ladies who work there go above and beyond to be kind, compassionate and professional.

I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced and the ladies at Palmer Jeweler's could not have been more patient and kind to her. They handled a nervy 10 year old like champs and her ears came out absolutely beautiful. I could not recommend Palmer Jeweler's more for their outstanding care and service. Arabelle left a very happy girl, thank you!

I inherited some jewelry after my mom passed away and had no idea what was real. I went to Palmer Jewelers to fix a separate ring and took a chance on bringing the bag with me. The women took the time to help sort out the real vs costume pieces with me. Now I know which ones to give to my own daughters. Grateful for their kindness.

I'm not a jewelry person but I had an inexpensive necklace that broke. One of the jewelers ( very nice woman), fixed it in a minute. She was pleasant, didn't look down on my cheap taste and charged me nothing for the repair. Wow, another charming shop in Larchmont! If my partner and I ever get married, we will be purchasing the ring here!

I have been going to Palmer Jewelers for 26 years...for as long as I have lived in Larchmont. The ladies there are excellent. They are very fair and very honest. I get lots of jewelry repaired there, and they truly are experts at repair. They charge a fair price for watch batteries, ear piercings- you name it. I also go there to every few years to update my appraisals for insurance purposes, and they charge a very fair price and do a thorough job. I really like and trust Palmer and would highly recommend them for all of my jewelry needs. The most critical thing to me is that they are honest, and these days, honesty goes a very long way in a small business. Thank you, Cindy and the rest of the ladies at Palmer Jewelers!

I honestly thought this jewelry store had a beautiful antique collection with a knowledgeable owner that truly enjoyed the work they did. She was kind and very honest with me. I will definitely be back and look forward to visiting. I hope this review doesn't tip off the wife.

We've known and have been a customer of Cindy of Palmer Jewelers since 1983 shortly after she opened her business. I can say, without question, that she and her husband Bill, who does excellent jewelry repair, are a delight to do business with. Cindy has always taken the time to offer suggestions and, in good spirits, has tirelessly sought to satisfy our as yet undefined needs. She and her staff offer an all too rare welcoming experience for the customer. We've always enjoyed coming in for a business visit with Cindy and her staff. These visits have often seemed more like a social visit to a friend of many years.

I'm going thru old papers and just found a receipt from Palmer Jewelers from 9/96 for a favourite pair of gold earrings, 18K leafy cluster. I'm glad to see they are still in Larchmont and will pay a visit soon. They had beautiful jewelry, qnd I'm sure they still do!! Looking forward..
