This is my second bad experience at this location the pharmacist they told me they didn’t have my prescription 2 time they told me that I had to other pharmacy to see who had the prescription that I needed I feel it’s not my job I feel the staff there doesn’t care about the customer bad business

Service has really gone down at this neighborhood pharmacy. The new head pharmacist is rude and the owner seems to not really care anymore. Sad, because I was initially a full supporter of a local pharmacy but the new lack of professionalism at this particular pharmacy makes the desire for profit at a corporate pharmacy actually attractive.Edited to add after owner's response:The fact that you are describing the nature of my dispute( an insurance coverage issue) -which I did not discuss in my original post, is in itself a violation of my privacy. This not only shows a lack of professionalism, but might even be a HIPAA violation since my name is obviously listed in the review.Your head pharmacist gave my doctor's assistant incorrect information which lead to an almost month long delay in my prescription coverage. While my doctor's office is also at fault for relying om the misinformation of your pharmacist, the arrogance of your pharmacist in insisting that her incorrect information was a fact and her refusal to initially even transfer the call to you was appalling. Even then, I attempted to persevere until it became apparent that there is no longer a benefit of personalized care since the mistreatment of a customer did not seem to faze you and no apology was even offered.

Great selection and service here. Very glad I switched from the chains. One advantage, they actually pick up the phone here! Another great feature, Free Delivery, truly free. Hassle free set up up, to your door, with OTC medicine if you need it. Prices beat the chains of otcs everytime. Pro pharmacy staff, amazing owner and will be staying there.

ALWAYS answer the phone, super pro Pharmacist staff, deliver your meds and anything OTC and Delivery is FREE. You won't be listening to hold music all day. And they actually remember your name. Not only that, the delivery guys are amazing!And, they have an awesome setup-- just give them your credit or debit and you can have your Rxs or whatever you need from the pharmacy and they'll just take your copay out right there and if you need to purchase from the pharmacy otcs, that's okay too for the delivery.and set to Always Deliver and forget it.Super accurate, large selection and always follow ups by kind employees... I love the place, couldn't be happier I switched from Chains! Next time I'm there I will add a photo! Highly recommend!

I must be going in at the wrong time. I run into problems almost every month similar to issues with larger pharmacies- my doctor sends in the same script every month, I go into pick it up and they either 1) dont have it or 2) they have a partial amount. Neither of these scenarios are necessarily problematic, the issue isn't them not having it, it's the process doesn't start until I go in to pick it up: I go in to pick it up, they are out of stock and NOW they are ordering it. Or if they have a partial, a few days later I go to pick up the rest and I'm told "we already gave you the full amount". This later scenario happens 100% of the time, never fails. I have to explain that they gave me a partial and they tell me that's not what their computer says, and on we go back and forth where I have to fight to get my full script. Each time the girl behind the counter is eyeballing me like I'm trying to get over on them. It's beyond silly. One of these two scenarios happens every month, not an exaggeration.

They wouldn’t give me a prescribed drug. It was a barrier to the person, who was already nervous about it. They’re insensitive and lack thoughtfulness. They have to know that people are hesitant to things they need. They made my life more difficult than it needed to be. I would never go back.

Does not carry sufficient supplies of medication‘s. Most times have to order medication‘s will not get them till the next day. Does not contact you when they arrive, you must contact them, extremely rude. If you are in need of medication and you need it when it’s prescribed, do not use them it will only delay receiving your Vitalie needed medication’s.

I love this pharmacy. I used to travel from the Bronx to pick up my son's prescription but now that I have moved to SouthNew Jersey I still travel there because I love the friendly professional staff and the great items that they sell.

I was extremely impressed with this pharmacy. The atmosphere, is pleasant. The workers are friendly and informative. I noticed the products on the shelves are high-end products that are difficult to find in other pharmacies. If you want to enjoy a one-stop location for all of your needed supplies, THIS IS THE PLACE! The shelves are well stocked and clean. They provide many services including free delivery by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially their delivery man, JOE. I highly recommend this local pharmacy, it's a hidden jewel.

Terrible pharmacy with an impressively disorganized vaccination process. Would not recommend the Larchmont Pharmacy to my worst enemy.
