Did not come in person, wanted to put an order in for a service request (wheel aligned) over the phone. However, the way I was spoken to with such malice and attitude made me consider moving away from the jeep brand all together. I could have been frustrated over jeeps systems being down from all the dealerships however I asked them if theirs were down as well and was spoken to like I was street garbage. I was unable to get this lady’s name even though asking twice. Just a warning for any potential buyers.

The service here is incredible. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I bring my car in for service. The service manager Eddie, goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave satisfied with the high level of customer service and expertise performed on each vehicle.

Save yourself a headache and go to another Jeep. I went there today. I have at lease Jeep 2 1/2 years had to pay over $200 for a visit because I’m over my mileage and the battery and the auxiliary battery needs to be replaced $900, this is my fourth Jeep and my last Jeep there.. I’ve had four jeeps never had a battery two batteries go at the same time. I think this is on Jeep. This should not be on me.

The Service department at LCJDR is TERRIBLE! You can never get a prompt appointment here. If you call in Feb, the next available appointment is March or April, just unacceptable.
