PA may have all state run liquer stores, but at least they are open untill 10PM... 8:00PM closing of Jay's looses my vote completely...

My most frequented wine and liquor shop in Westchester. The customer service here gets five stars because they are so helpful and give great recommendations. They don't try to sell you expensive wines and will recommend great wines when you tell them your budget. Jay, the owner is very knowledgable and friendly. Their prices are also cheaper and give discounts if you place a large order. Definitely recommend this place.

Not friendly, rude when I asked if they had a certain French Cabernet. Received a snobby response that the wine I was looking for was cheap and they wouldn't carry that. They made me feel as if I disrespected their establishment for asking them if they carry this "low class" wine. Didn't offer a similar suggestion.
