Nice selection fir a local store. Sure beats going to Home Depot. Easy to ask questions and get help for most projects. Shopping local is nice.

I've never been but was in the neighborhood and saw a LOCAL(!) hardware store. I needed three teeny items that I couldn't find in either Lowes or Home Depot. They had them here! I had to ask an older lady for help and she knew exactly what esoteric thing I was describing and where each item was. Check-out was a bit slow as the lady cashier seemed flustered by a line four people long (one with a request to gift wrap a purchase), but we customers were all patient.

Best customer service I have seen in a long time! Needed a random fastener and the gentleman who helped me was amazing. He showed me how to find the width and length for the replacement piece. This is a wonderful establishment.

Everything you would ever want is in the store! The service is superb. It's nice and quiet, and they encourage you to look around. But seriously everything is stocked by this place! It's 16 miles away from me, but I would go back in a heartbeat.

Sadly John was a no show this am & didn’t even have the where with all to apologize after I contacted the store manager. Does anyone have a very good, reliable handyman they can recommend? O stars

Thanks again for finding something I needed right away. Would have taken a lot more time in any other store (Home Depot especially ). The personalized service is so pleasant that it makes for a very happy customer like me and I enjoy going here!!
