The staff is nice and welcoming but I did not feel my daughter’s haircut was done well. The haircut was rushed and not precise. The ends were choppy and uneven. When I pointed this out the stylist just snipped randomly at her hair. I felt it was best to leave then since she couldn’t seem to see (or didn’t care) how to fix it.

Samantha was attentive/ professional and able to cut my hair exactly as I requested. I was more than satisfied and will definitely come back for maintenance!
