“The 101 North Larchmont Blvd. branch of Chase is simply fantastic. I do not understand how other reviews could be less than five stars. The current branch manager, Jose Lopez, has developed a highly qualified and dedicated staff and a great place to bank Mr. Lopez interrupted his scheduled efforts to meet with me, carefully listened to my needs, and introduced me to one of his bank officers, Jordan McDaniel. Jordan McDaniel, an exceptional bank officer, is a rare combination of banking knowledge and customer service delivered with genuine care and consideration With Mr. McDaniel's assistance I was able to clearly understand all my banking options and, with his guidance and thoughtful follow through, I was able to achieve all I wanted to achieve in a timely matter.
