Embassy Cleaners does an excellent job. I had two king size down comforters and 12 down pillows cleaned. The company and staff are very professional and the staff is always lovely and accommodating. Embassy also cleaned my daughter's wedding dress and the technicians have long time experience in this area. I have continued using Embassy Cleaners as my go-to cleaners and highly recommend them, as you can see here!Services: General bedding cleaning

Tailor called out and no one else in the cleaners would at least take the measurements of the items I needed tailored. Staff is not trained.

They double park their vans on Palmer avenue. They do this during rush hour. I beeped once and the driver gave me the middle finger. Never went there again after that. Find a parking spot like everyone else.

Embassy is so far above other places I’ve used that I regret not discovering them sooner. Not only is the quality of their service exceptional (right down to the hangers they use), but they’re also environmentally conscious, and so friendly. I've been a customer for almost 2 years. I was with Haute Hamper then it merged with Embassy. 1. I would often get other people's Laundry. 2. They shrunk over $2,000.00 worth of clothing. From a fur sterling coat, my ugg blankets, Bloomingdale's pajamas, sweaters...etc.. you name it. They gave me a credit that they did in fact honor UNTIL again, they ruined my mattress cover worth over $200. I still had a credit so they then started over charging me to cover for having to buy me a new mattress cover. I went back and fourth with weeks on end with no response. I have every receipt. My bags were $40 until they had to make up for the extra money they spent on the mattress cover. I offered to come and meet with my receipts to which they declined. Then I was emailed new receipts with higher prices then the originals that I have. I showed them the original receipts and heard back nothing. I started using the service while going through chemo. I need a suit ready for a big event. Problem was I needed it next day and same day. I called late Friday before closing and spoke with Jane, who was so helpful from the start. She got in touch with Paquita who agreed she could deliver what I was asking for Saturday. Met in the morning before 8:00am dropped off the clothes.
