I recently purchased a fleece jacket online. Within a week, the price was reduced $52. I contacted the store to ask they honor a price adjustment (which the vast majority of retailers will honor within a two-week time frame) and they refused for dubious reasons which included "not having a price adjustment policy" (never heard that before and there is nothing written on their website to support this contention). I said I'd return the jacket and repurchase, and they refused that as well. I've purchased from them before and will NEVER shop here again if they insist on treating in customers so poorly and instilling such rigid, money-grubbing policies that seem to punish the very customers patronizing their business. One wonders how long a local store that screws customers can stay in business.

This place is great. It's a local boutique that sells clothes and accessories suitable for every occasion. The service is wonderful, the selection is diverse for such a small place and the store itself is clean and very well organized.

Horrible boutique, an employee is harassing my friend over a hundred dollars or so that the employee undercharged. Do not give this boutique your contact information if you decide to shop here, they will harass you and tell you that you owe them money.

During a sidewalk sale I was waiting in line for 15 minutes when the owner said i could pay outside...i went outside and was told they only took cash outside. I refused to go back and wait...apparently they're doing well enough that lost sales are no big deal. They have some cute things, but there are a lot of places in town with cute clothes and I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I was a visitor to NY and came upon this lovely shop in Larchmont. Very stylish and upscale quality for quite a reasonable price. Found many fabulous items there for myself and for gifts to bring home! The cashmere scarf & stole collection was beyond compare, with dozens of beautiful shades. Service there was delightfully friendly. Go if you're near, it's a little gem!

I love this shop! It has a great mix of items, from low to high and always a trusty place to find the perfect gift. I love the staff, who are not pushy and always helpful. I have found really great clothing here, beautiful (and very reasonably priced!) scarves, awesome clutches (I buy them as gifts all of the time!) and fun jewelry.
