Best dealership experience ever hands down went in for repairs no appointment last minute right before closing not only did they get me in they had my car fixed before I woke up!! So I decided I buy another vehicle and that process was done within a hour!!

I walked into the dealership on July 5, 2024 at approximately 3:15 pm. I went into the service department. I was the only one standing in line. I was totally ignored. After waiting and noticing no one was with a customer. I asked if anyone was working. Alica looks up and asks the cashier to help me. I then go to the parts department. I stand there until the parts personnel finished with the customer. He walks away and does not say a word. I stand there for several minutes and ring a bell. Another person then approaches and complains. I finally left. The phones do not work,I called 3 times before I drove there and I press the approprate keys for sevice and the phone goes silent 4 times. Don't bother trying to get anything done at this dealership.

Very professional service team. Tom Maxfield does a great job and pays attention to detail. We are lucky to have such people that pays attention to the customer in detail. No where else offers such service.

Let me tell you, I have been dealing with dealerships the past month and it was a horrible experience until I stumbled across Acura of Westchester. I called in regarding a car, did 90% of the work over the phone & had my new car the next day!
My salesman Kevin was amazing! He answered all of my questions and was so sincere & helpful. He guided me through everything & it was such an easy process. Highly recommend!

And they give you a nice Car Wash after they finish doing all your repairs and service .
