The service is local, friendly, and efficient. I've been using this post office branch for over 35 years and was very happy when it survived the cuts to other small branches that occurred several years ago. The hours are what the hours are, and I appreciate not having to drive over to the main branch on Warren Road every time I need anything.

Friendly dependable service. I've mailed out dozens of packages from this post office and have never had a problem. Sure, the hours are not ideal, open for only a few hours a day. But it's not this post office's fault, so why give it a bad review. The main post office is only a few miles away on Warren Rd. I'm glad this one is just 2 miles from my house.

Would be one star if it weren't for their pretty solid service. So why only 2 stars if the service and friendly? Their hours SUCK. Sorry, but opening at Noon and closing at 4:00 PM is atrocious. Saturday is even worse, only 10:00 AM to Noon! For what amounts to a full service retail location, those hours are unacceptable. I arrived a bit before 11:30, rationally thinking they'd be open like virtually every other USPS location. Wrong. Had to backtrack to work and return later, huge inconvenience. Most USPS locations are open from roughly 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturday hours that still usually span 4 hours. Avoid this location and just go to either of the two Ithaca locations. They both have normal, reasonable hours.
