Don't ever buy a car from this dealership. I'm not a mechanic by any means, so when the dealership that is also a mechanic shop says the car I'm buying is tip top, I tend to believe them. I bought this car 6 months ago. Not only did the sub frame rust completely off the front control arms, they let me drive away with a completely ground away rear knuckle. They not only passed my safety inspection, but they sold this to me just like this. These people are not trustworthy, despite their rating. Please PLEASE go somewhere else. Elliott, do better.

Had two service appointments last week, one for my daughter's car inspection, and a service appointment for my Subaru Crosstrek (which I purchased from Ridge Road). Because of the positive sales experience I had when trading in my car and buying the Subaru, my expectation was that the service department would be honest and easy to deal with, and I was not disappointed. There were no surprises with the inspection and the service on my Subaru was completed on time. Great place to buy and have your car serviced.

very unpleasant man works, we drove 80 miles to look at the car, he told us that it closes in 5 minutes, although it says on the door that it closes: 5:30 and we were there at 4:20

Smoothest Volvo Purchase Yet!
I love driving Volvos and was so grateful that Elliot and Tj made purchasing our first hybrid vehicle easy. It was seamless from our first meeting about our hopes and dreams to when we drove our new car off the Ridge Road lot as our own. Thank you to the team at Ridge Road for helping our family take the leap into the world of hybrid vehicles.

Two friends recommended Ridge Road Imports highly, and now I recommend them highly as well. As a widowed woman in her 70s, I sometimes get ignored by men-in-charge who assume I don't know anything, but Elliot listened carefully to my needs and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy this car or that, no grandiose touting of a car's great features, just, "Would you like to test drive this one?" He had also made a few improvements to the car I ended up buying. The whole process was smooth, respectful, helpful, and inspiring of confidence.

I have an elderly Subaru I’m going to drive for a while longer.
Joe’s just great- no other way to say it. He even wants me to stop by so he monitor the oil use. Amazing!

Would absolutely recommend Ridge Road Imports. TJ, one of the owners, made it incredibly easy for me to test drive, buy, transfer plates, etc. No trip to the DMV needed! reasonable prices for quality cars. I'll definitely look here first for my next vehicle.

This Subaru Forester is the second car I've purchased from Ridge Road Imports, and I couldn't be happier with the car and with the transaction.
