Horrible service.. called for a tow service it was an estimate of 74 minutes witch was at 5:00pm, called to speak with someone and didn’t get ahold of anyone from the company phones all went to voicemail or user busy. Called on a different phone number and they picked up on the second call. Took them 4+ hours to tow my vehicle 16.41 miles. The whole time I was getting updates that I would be 25 minutes. After the 1 1/2 called again.. they told me 25 minutes. It’s currently 9:30pm and still no vehicle will STILL being told 25 minutes

I have been waiting for more than one hour for a jump start when they are only 14 minutes from my location. Called Geico to let them know that I have been waiting more than what was announced. Still nobody there. Then I got connected to them and express my situation. The guy started yelling at me!

So funny story… I hit a beaver on my way to work at 6am. It was raining and dark out, it was February on a warmer day thankfully but they came to tow my car and waited in the rain with me until my ride came. It was super affordable and they are all so nice! Great people and company!!!

I called Koskinen's two separate times through AAA because my car wouldn't start after sitting in the winter. On both occasions, their technicians assessed my battery as healthy and blamed a faulty alternator and/or starter. Well, it turns out that both techs were completely wrong. The alternator was actually putting out a perfectly normal voltage and all I needed was a new battery. The old battery was completely dead and frozen.
A lot of trouble could have been saved if they had diagnosed the problem correctly and simply sold me a new battery on the spot.

Guy answered phone when I called-he did what he said he would -they responded to cortland in under an hour on a AAA tow call. They were straight up with me.
