dear lord. where to begin? I stopped in after noticing fraudulent charges on my debit card in my banking app and getting nothing but attitude from the call center worker I dealt with.
I will say, the staff at this branch was extremely helpful. the woman I dealt with deactivated my card and overnighted a replacement, waiving th $25 fee. she was stellar. but the fact that it's their policy to charge that $25, especially during what's likely a rough experience for most (no one's ordering replacement cards for fun) otherwise you have to wait 10 business days, is just terrible service.
in summary, the staff here is great, the corporate policies are hot summer garbage.

Mostly unhelpful staff. But Halley was very helpful.I came in about a big issue. Both the banker and the manager threw their arms up saying they couldn't do anything to begin to help. I sat back down and was seen by another banker. They immediately were able to help me. The manager insisted it was impossible, yet it took her other employee all of 20 seconds to solve my issue.Felt very lost and they didn't seem much worried about looking for solutions. Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

Teller at drive thru totally incompetent sends a manager over still didn’t do my transaction correctly! I was sitting there 15 minutes unbelievable!! Don’t bother with this branch!

The atms never work! Especially the one in the drive thru!! So annoying. Empty the cash out so your guests can properly use them to deposit money & checks. Switching to KeyBank which is across the street.
