Woman behind the counter was so nasty.. I’m not sure if she’s an owner or just an associate, but with the amount of stores available.., I will not return to this establishment. I’m not sure how they stay in business if she speaks with everyone the way she spoke with me.

I went on a Saturday to get my weekly two bottles of Beringer White Marlot and found only one in the box. The two girls were talking about their Friday night and inored me completely until the aecond time I asked for help. The dark haired girl came over and when I asked if she could get me another bottle she said "that's all they have." I replied " Oh, just one bottle?" She said " well you mightf find one in the cooler or against the back wall". I asked if she could get one for me and she replied "get one what?" I said "another white marlot" she snapped there's one in the cooler and walked away. To go back to talking. I walked out of the store buying nothing after I informed her of her poor attitude. Don't shop there....poor customer service.

Went in to get some snoop dog wine, was greeted with a couple of lovely girls behind the counter that were both entertaining and cordial when dealing with me, 5/5 will tell everyone I know about the great prices and even better service. Cheers!

I am new to the area. Went on tonight had a bottle of wine and bottle of liquor. The bottle of wine was mismarked, as a matter of fact an ENTIRE rack was mismarked. The clerk named GRACE refused to honor the price and was very, very rude about the entire transaction. I returned the entire order. Not only will I never go there again, i will go out of my way to give someone else the business. Not a good way to kerp customers. Btw Grace, you are no Adele.
