My daughter and I were here for the first time today to buy a dress for her dinner/dance this weekend. Aside from the terrific customer service, they had the best selection we have come across in the past week. We will definitely be back!!!

Love this boutique. Affordabe, fashionable clothing and the two owners make my shopping experience fun! My daughter and I are able to shop together, with 35 years difference between us there is always something for everyone!!

Over priced China made clothes. Save yourself the money and go on Shein and just order from there because most of the clothing comes from websites like that. . Also, if your a true small don’t bother, all the clothes sized small there are huge. More like a medium or large. Also the return policy is terrible and so is the customer service. They don’t stand by what they sell. If you were confident in your products you would allow for exchanges longer then 7 days.Edit: In response to owners comment, when I tried to return it I explained to I had given it as a gift. They could not have tried it on in the store. The person tried it on when I had given it to them, we saw it did not fit. I came to return it and you refused. Even when I had explained it was a gift. I also asked if I could exchange it or get it a credit. You refused both those solutions as well. Sounds to me you just don't care about your customers, or keeping them!

Super cute shop! A lot of really nice and stylish clothes !! Would highly recommend they just need to do a bit of training in the customer service department. Apparently the owners were out and someone else was working the counter. But when that happens your business is in the hands of that person. If they aren't kind, professional or interested in you as a customer then it reflects on the business and owners. I almost left. Nice boutique though and I will go back!

I just went to Jules and Jane boutique for the first time today. I will definitely be back!! The clothes are so stylish yet comfortable and the customer service was fantastic. I'm happy to support a local business and will be sending my friends there too!! great experience overall!

Out of the newer local businesses that have filled the town of Lancaster, this shop is exactly what was needed. This boutique offers in style fashion clothing for women/ millennials like myself. They offer shoes, shirts, dresses, bralettes, etc etc and are reasonably priced. I was able to buy a skirt, two beautiful dresses, a sweater and a top for $240... and for shopping local this was reasonable especially when I'll have awesome new clothes in my closet. Plus free street parking! The store lets you try on the clothes because they will sanitize everything completely so you can feel safe. (This was awesome because I miss trying on clothes so much) Don't expect to see something you like and go back later for it because the clothes fly off of the shelf and you'll regret missing out. They get new shipments in often with different items so you can always expect new things!!
