“I needed a griddle since my food truck ran out of propane on the job. I looked across the street and there was the DG. And the woman who helped us was so helpful and friendly and determined to find us what we needed!!”

“This is my local location, and we go here a lot (at very least once a week) because they have some great products at a much more fair price than a Tops or a Wegmans. I actually prefer Aldi to Sav-A-Lot, which is the other discount grocery store in the area. It's overall a little cleaner, they have good produce and fresh items, and again the price is just so much better than the bigger places.”

“Great store! They have so many healthy and organic items that you can't find other places. Really nice selection as well. Very impressed with the produce section and the selection of veggies there. I also love that you can refill your own spice jars with organic spices so you don't have to keep buying new jars! They have coffee beans, a little bakery, prepared foods, fresh soups, muffins, scones, all kinds of healthy drinks and snacks. Next time I go I plan on taking much more time to look around but I was very impressed. Plus the chicken was decently priced.”

“This is the first time in a long while at least a couple years since I've gone to Aldi's it is a great store for the price of things it's so worth going there”

“The butcher was very personable and knowledgeable. He helped me select the perfect bone-in ribeyes. I grilled one for lunch and it was among the best I've ever tasted. It was fresh, well-marbled, tender, and juicy. What more could I ask for?”

“Great for staples. If you just need the basics you will save a lot of money shopping here. They're expanding the specialty items they carry but it's hit or miss. If you're looking for something very specific you might have to make another stop. Overall it's worth it for the majority of produce dairy and some proteins.”

“The store is very nice but the man from the meat department was rude and unhelpful when I asked for help getting a larger ham. He basically refused to go get one.”

“Decided to take my regular store list to Aldi. I ended up getting so much more food for what I typically spend at other big stores. Many brands available too, not just stire brand.”

“Literally I love this store. I could spend an hour just looking around. They are the best for teas, pure unsweetened matcha, 100% pure essential oils, reputable vitamins, and more. And I love their rewards program, $5 off is much better than most stores' rewards!!”

“Shop here every week. Love the new self-checkout. Produce is pretty good quality. Love their prepared foods and deli/dairy section. A busy times. The store can be a little messy at. The staff is friendly”

“Great overall grocery store. Very clean, wonderful selection of foods and reasonable prices! Also offering some unique items and foods in their deli and bakery departments. Thier bread selections are many. Specialty dessert items like Polish sour cream cheesecake, full selection of baked goods and of course full selection of doughnuts! Fresh fruit & vegetables galore. Great place to shop and even relax in thier dining area that offers a nice selection of coffees and doughnut combos. Try it and you'll like it. Highly recommended!”

“*Some details are extracted due to Likeness Rights* I remember it like it was yesterday, (although the I am trying to forget that "night") It started off like any other day, with the sun rising. The 3 clucks from the morning chicken woke me up as per usual. I decided to go to the store today. That's when things took a dark and twisted turn.( like one of those twisted enclosed slides at the park but not as fun. Although some of those slides give you a real brush burn when sliding down so i guess depending on the slide, it could theoretically be better sliding down the slide. Or did I mean technically. But then again this is a figurative scenario so maybe neither of them work, ...or maybe they mean the same thing in this instance. Well the point is that I feel like those two words are interchangeable.) Now back to the story. So I entered the store and was immediately taken back in shock (not in an electrical way though) and awe. This place was like the lost city of Atlantis. Golds and riches scattered across the store. It was a dream come true, that is until...tragedy struck me. I don't know how but I have somehow managed to cut myself on my finger. I could see the light and hear the choir of angels singing. This was surely the beginning of the end... or so I had thought. If for not the quick thinking and actions of two of the cashiers. no one would be reading any of this today. With no regard for their own life the quickly sprung into action. The presence of mind to stay calm and focused during such a serious event truly is remarkable. They patched me up and made sure I was here today to be able to tell my story of their heroic actions. Thank You to everyone who helped. This is truly an amazing place.”

“Great store overall, but Benjamin in the Beer Section of the store went above and beyond, was so kind and helpful. We felt welcome and he answered our questions.”

“When I have some down time during business trips, I like to scope out local coffee shops. This place did NOT disappoint. Being in a building from the 1950s, it has a beautiful, vintage exterior. As soon as you walk in, you are met with a delightful scent of coffee and baked goods. Try a warmed up cinnamon roll - it will melt in your mouth AND in your hands, and you will be drooling before you get a chance to sit. The freshly ground coffee is from Great Lakes Coffee Roasting company. While I am a dark roast snob, I had the medium roast and it was fantastic. In addition to all this, there an eclectic offering of little trinkets, artisanal soaps, souvenir clothing, amongst other things for you to choose from. Not only was the atmosphere was warm and inviting because of the sweet decadent smells, the barista, Brooke, was awesome and really contributed to the whole experience. There WILL be a next time for me. Check it out!”

“Always helpful. All of a sudden seeing many shortages and empty shelves. Hope this isn't going to continue. They discontinued Wegmans frozen french fries and hash brown products. Very disappointing. Also Banquet frozen big pack breakfast sausages. Having to go to other stores now. ?”

“Nice and new Aldi location. Clean, plenty of room to move around and navigate carts. The same selection you find in all the other locations. I know it’s a busy area but when we came it was tough that so many basic things we needed were out of stock. No Broccoli, cabbage, ground pork. Oh well, not good luck. Will have to try another location when I am closer to home.”

“Nicely organized store. The lot was cleaned. The carts were nicely maintained. It was a very nice and organized store and we enjoyed seeing how parking was strictly for the Tops customers only. Coming from Ohio we never saw anything like that before and enjoyed that.”

“Try the cod (from the semi prep section, has artichockes, lemon sauce) with Siete Serrano sea salt and vinegar chips. So good! Spinach gives off a little water, but super yummy.

Their dishes taste home and fresh- we are lucky to have so many Wegmans ?”

“If you have never been to Bee Nails in Amherst, than you haven't experienced one of the best nail salons in existence. Bebe, Aimee, Vicky, Tom and Loc are the nail techs. They are extremely professional and all family. I have been a client for 3 years and will not go anywhere else. I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. Bebe is my nail artist. Both her and Aimee do hand painted designs that are so incredible! The way they paint such tiny and near perfect designs is unmatched! I haven't needed to have nail tips in over two years since BeBe is super careful and gentle and makes sure she repairs the acrylic to ensure no air bubbles are present, never hurting me nor damaging my skin or cuticles. I always get compliments on my nails and go back every three weeks. They work to accommodate walk-ins even though they are usually booked full from appointments from regulars. All of the staff treats you like family and are extremely kind. Their services use the very best products and have reasonable pricing. You will not be disappointed if you visit them for an appointment.”

“Love shopping here although today they did not have any whole chickens.
2024 - Since new owners took over more variety. and the store doesn't stink when you walk in the door. Some prices went up but still some good deals in their ads.”

“This is a great Wegmans, so it is always busy. Here is my only criticism, and it does keep me from going there as often as I would: the cashiers. I do not do self check out unless I have less than roughly 12 items, and I never will, so when I shop for several hundred dollars of groceries, I am forced to go through a check out line and try to pick one that isn’t being manned by what seems to be a lunatic. Do they do this on purpose? Many of them slow down the process by talking incessantly and often it is about topics that are not pleasant. I have noticed people purposely not going through their lines even if there are less people in them. It is very annoying. And when it’s very busy, there may only be 2 or 3 lines open.”

“Tops Bakery is the best! I have always liked their cakes but their customer service is also amazing. We had a little mishap with my son’s birthday cake. I brought it in and they fixed it no problem. Thank you Maria!! You made it look like nothing happened.”
