“The pharmacy staff are absolutely wonderful. But my complaints are they seem to be grossly understaffed, as phone calls are extremely difficult to get picked up, window waits for an initial customer interaction are rather long at times, and everyone is running around seemingly 24/7 busier than a fast food place during rush hours. I won't give low stars because the staff don't deserve that slap in the face, but there's definitely some internal issues with hiring management to not have more people available.”
