Blair's installed a backup sump pump and some other plumbing odds and ends around the house. Service and quality of work was top notch. Very competitive pricing. Extremely friendly people to deal with. Highly knowledgeable. I will be calling Blair's for all my future needs!

Just had a LP propane power vent hot water tank installed at the best price I could find around town. They arrived on time and did a great job. Really pleased and will use them again.

We bought a home with a system installed by Blair's. At first they were wonderful about coming over to explain how it worked. The gentleman who does repairs is very pleasant and helpful. After 6 months we had trouble with our system and Blair's refused to help us with the parts even though they were under warranty, stating that the company they would have to contact was too difficult to deal with. Blairs then offered to sell us a brand new part instead for hundreds of dollars. After we did the leg work to get the parts from the manufacturers, Blairs accused us of trying to nickel and dime them, even though we were hoping to pay them to install the parts the manufacturer sent. I reached out to two other local companies who both stated that they have heard other stories about the women at the store and have received many new customers because of similar issues. We live close to the store and we're hoping to support a small local business. Unfortunately we won't be. I would not recommend spending any money on anything from Blair's.
