Love the fact that this Wal-Mart is following suit on the remodel. However, please for the love of God, fix the parking lot. There are way too many dangerous car damaging potholes.

Never delivered my order. Rescheduled and never delivered again. Went to pick up but could not get anyone to answer the phone or even walk out. They were 30+ parking spots...all full, and I saw one car get their groceries in the 45 minutes I waited. I went inside and loitered around the pickup area where the employees go in and out and had them bring it to me there in the store and I took it out to my car myself!!! Some guy detailed his car waiting for his pickup, no lie! That was the only thing that got done in that pickup line lol

I get sent here to get deliveries and most times end up canceling after I have sat for 40 minutes or more. This location is nothing short of pathetic when it comes to getting orders out.
Management is of no help. Would certainly rate less than 1 but 1 is the lowest I can leave.

Long lines, two lanes open with a cashier. Self check just as Bad. Girl at front door said all the big shots are changing everything. Will be going to Wegmans.

Don't go if you plan on using self check out. You'll have to wait a long time since they are closing most of them during peak hours. I would try and shop during times that are not super busy as the cashier lanes wait time is almost twice as long as self check out since they open maybe 2 sometimes 3 at a time.

They got this older guy up front playing asset protection he doesn't say much but he's creepy he seems to like to find customers he can bother staring at people in self checkout or the deli people that don't look to be doing anything wrong he's done this to me. He just kinda stands there not saying anything but then will poke his head around to check on someone dressed normally buying a soda or something. Sometimes he will hurry to one side of the store just to watch someone leave He seems to more interested in annoying people than preventing theft. I've witnessed him threatened to throw someone out as soon as they walked in but they had done nothing wrong. Think it's time to retire this guy
Otherwise this is a good Walmart employees are friendly and the store is cleaner than the average Walmart for Jamestown that's an accomplishment but being that this guy is up at the front every time I go in it's hard to ignore
I'll take this down if he stops bothering me or someone else is up there.

Dear Walmart Management,
I am writing to express my concern about an incident I witnessed at your store today. While using the self-checkout section, I noticed a customer placing a large-sized pit bull into a regular shopping cart, not one specifically designated for pets. The dog's paws were on the cart, and it was placed in the cart along with food items.
This situation is troubling for several reasons:
1. **Hygiene and Food Safety:** Shopping carts are used to transport food and other household items. Allowing pets in these carts poses a risk of contamination from fur, dander, and potential allergens.
2. **Allergies:** Many people, including myself, are allergic to pet hair and dander. Exposing food items and carts to pets can cause allergic reactions and discomfort for other customers.
3. **Sanitation:** Pets can carry bacteria and parasites that can be transferred to surfaces and food items. This is a serious concern for public health and safety.
What was most disappointing was that the employee overseeing the self-checkout section did not address this issue or inform the customer of the potential risks and store policies. Ensuring a clean and safe environment is essential, and this incident suggests a lapse in maintaining these standards.
I hope that Walmart can take measures to prevent such incidents in the future by enforcing clear guidelines regarding pets in shopping carts and ensuring that employees are vigilant in upholding these standards.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I love Walmart, I spend hours there because I only see it once a year. Unfortunately there is no Kmart nearby anymore, but BigLots is good too
