Thank you Errik for helping me with the purchase of my RAV4 Prime. Errik was honest, helpful and thorough. I flew from Atlanta to Erie to pick up my car and Errik arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely ti Atlanta! It was well worth the trip up to Lakewood and I would be open to buying another car from Luv Toyota and working with Errik Gordon.

If I could give this business 5+ stars, I would. Best car buying experience! We worked with Erikk Gordon to order and purchase our new 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime. He helped us order and buy the car. It was such an easy process. He also helped us find a shipper (we live in WA state where it's not possible to buy this car) who was equally as responsive and reasonable (although in the end, we decided to pick it up ourselves). We couldn't be happier with our new car!!! Everything we wanted. Thank you so much Luvs Toyota and Erikk!!!!

Just purchased a vehicle here, living in WA. They honored the price as msrp during this crazy market. Steven Chambers, sales rep there, is incredibly professional and helpful. He even gave a great recommendation for transport and we got the vehicle in just 2 days, across the whole country! (I'm sure transport varies depending on availability). I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time, and Steven is one of the most professional. We were waitlisted for a rav4 Prime since March 2022 and he called us in July 2022 when one arrived. Kelly, the finance manager, is also very helpful in handling all the docs. Not as easy since we live several states over. I definitely recommend Luv Toyota, you won't encounter slimy sales tactics like other dealerships out there.

4/5/2022:My wife and i drove two hours from Pennsylvania to purchase a prius prime and were firmly disappointed about the experience. They did not have any available on the lot which is understandable due to the semiconductor shortages across the world. We then sat down with a salesman(eric) to pre order a prius prime only to be greeted with a 995 dollar bill just to order the vehicle through them because of a "mandatory" environmental protection treatment. It was simply over priced rubberized undercoating and plastic film on some painted parts that the dealership does in house. I asked if it would be possible to not have the treatment and just purchase the car and the salesman said you can option out of getting the treatment but you would still have to pay the $995 for the service!! The sales man said, "no treatment, no prius." I then got up and left. LUV Toyota this automotive situation the world finds itself in will end and people will remember how you took advantage of people through it!

LUV Toyota is taking advantage of people due to the high demand for new vehicles. My husband and I went in to enquire about a vehicle and the sales person started trying to push an undercoat/paint and interior package on us before even taking our information. When my husband said he didn't want that they told him he could opt out of the service but would be charged for it regardless. We were also told that Toyota was offering a $1500 cashback incentive so we shouldn't worry, we'd just get $500 instead. My husband asked why he had to pay for extras he didn't want and was told "Look, no package then no Prius!" We said we weren't interested then and the salesman got up without a word and walked away.

Working with Errik Gordon from Luv Toyota was awesome from Day 0. I put a reasonable deposit down, was given a time frame, and my Rav4 arrived a few weeks early! For those concerned with pricing -- I paid MSRP plus a small add-on fee for some overall protection (rust, interior etc). I was an out of state buyer but Errik and his team made it a pain-free process. Kelly in finance was even able to bet out my credit union! 10/10 -- would absolutely buy from them again -- especially in the crazy market we're in.

We bought our Rav4 at the Lakewood Toyota. I would highly recommend going here to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Our salesman, Steve, was never pushy. He was very patient and knowledgeable to show us how everything worked on the vehicle. There were no discrepancies in any part of the transaction from the first day we ordered the Rav till the day we finalized it and drove it home. The finance office was just as friendly and helpful. From start to finish it was a friendly experience.
