The service was great. The technician did everything very professionally, was friendly and knowledgeable. I pre-paid $657.86 for the repair and some parts were not needed so my final bill came to $628.88. That was a few weeks ago and I have not yet received this difference in the balance on my credit card. When can I expect to receive this refund?

They left me with a new problem of their doing. They wouldn't callback or text me. So after researching the problem finding out it was because of their work I fixed it. They still haven,t called me or texted me to ask about the problem.
