Group Ther-Happy
103 Chautauqua Ave, LakewoodWe were at our vacation rental on the Chautauqua Lake and we're looking for somewhere to grab a bite, and Group Ther-Happy was recommended, and it did not disappoint.
Let me start with the service, it was great. Shaq was quick, whitty and made the experience there that much better.
The food was good. The cheese and pepperoni pizza was loaded with cheese (way above average anywhere else), so it is filling. Quality cup and char pepperoni too! The Fungi pizza was good, but seemed a little lean on the mushrooms. The burger was reported to be tasty, although if you opt for the beer cheese, it can be on the heavy side. But you can always pull some off.
They do have anb patio, nice bar area and TV's to follow sports etc. A spot we'd recommend if you are in the Lakewood area.
Bonus. The women in our group found the Expresso martinis to be above average. They also enjoyed the sign for the bathrooms. In the pics...
