“Great service. Needed an oil change and they were able to get my car in and out in about 45 minutes. Straightforward and polite, really appreciated their knowledge and efficiency.”

“All of the employees at Don’s have exceptional customer service skills. If I’m getting gas or returning water bottles and pop cans they are all great. Even when I’m late and it’s 15 minutes before they close, the employees are still pleasant and helpful. No one acts like they hate their job. In my opinion customer service in retail for our area has declined to a level that would not have been excepted pre pandemic. Don’s Car Wash is the only exception. Their service is exceptional even if compared to pre pandemic era.
