“Rob installed a new radio with phone capabilities I received as a gift! He had it done in a couple hours, explained all the features! Needless to say I AM THRILLED with it!!!! AND it came with a CD player, I'm still a bit old school! He helped pick the radio that would fit in the jeep and had the wanted features! As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely ti Atlanta! It was well worth the trip up to Lakewood and I would be open to buying another car from Luv Toyota and working with Errik Gordon.”
