There should be a no star option. Beware of any promotional new account offerings. This bank uses the "bait and switch" method and then places the blame on the customer. Incompetent staff and no regard for customers.

As a customer of 5 star that works a grueling average of 356 hours a day, it is difficult to find the time to deposit my 50 checks.The hours make it quite impossible for me to deposit my fortune since I am a persistent worker. The world would simply cease to function if I were to take a sick day, and or leave the work grounds for my lunch break to accomplish this task.I tried the contraption that people call a "night-deposit container" and god himself has made it unfeasible to make it function the way it has been described.I'm simply dumbfounded and beside myself on how I am going to survive due to this inconvenience.
