“Stopped in for directions as to which side of South Park Avenue to catch the bus downtown. Clerk did not know but a customer shopping did. Directions were correct and rode Metro bus to correct destination.”

“My family (my husband, myself, and two small pups) got stuck at this gas station parking lot for 24 hours due to storm Elliot from Dec 23-24. Thank you so much for that employee who worked that shift (red hoodie - sorry, didn't ask her name). She was very kind when I needed to borrow a shovel when we got stuck in the parking lot. Thank you so much, and Merry Christmas!”
“Love Shelly's, have known the owner and her family for a long time. Love having this right around the corner for walks with the kids to grab ice cream or slushies or when I need to grab something quick.”
“I prefer going to this location since they have dryers on a belt track that moves along your vehicle vs some of the other ones where the dryers are statically mounted at the exit and you have drive through and reverse to dry your car off.”
“This is our go-to drugstore and where we get our prescriptions filled. I would have given 5 stars, but many of the regular staff, including pharmacists, have left within the last 2 years. The store is always clean. I've always been greeted with a smile and hello at the door. I've hardly waited more than 10 minutes in line at the pharmacy. They offer many vaccines and allow scheduling as well. I like the automatic refills and texts that remind you if you have a script due for pick up. The store is highly organized. Many beauty products, vitamins, snack foods, candy, and tons of beer/seltzer products at low prices. My favorite pharmacy.”
“The Food was Amazing, tried for the first time. And the customer service is excellent. If you want to feel the home made food taste, definetly a place to visit. The food was very cheap as well. I would definetly go back....I highly recommend it for to give it a try.”
“I come here at least 2 or 3 times a week for snacks, drinks, random essentials they have many things to choose from and even fresh made food if you don't want frozen. In my opinion, they have many options, and the people that work here are always super friendly and polite.!”
“Everybody there is so friendly and so great and kind very professional and very helpful. The grocery product availability there is not that great but they continue to add more product and there's always fresh made sandwiches and subs that come with free bottled water. It really is a good place and friendly smiles always.”

“Just love Walgreens, I have not once had a problem with anything. Staff is amazing and helpful,and I just loved the pharmacy department. I just wish they would start taking express scripts again so I can come back to the pharmacy instead I have to dread walking into CVS which is horrible”

“It a very clean place. They have all you need. The staff hear are very nice and professional. If you go there enough times they will get to know you. The atmosphere is more like a mom and pop store if you go there enough times.”
“some of these stores have become problematic, prices are outrageous, but the real problem is their pharmacy's, my doctor sent over an emergency steroid to be filled immediately, I was told due to covid vaccine appointments I'll have to wait a while 30 minutes or more. no vaccine should come before an emergency medication for someone who can't breathe and needs it right away, but apparently COVID vaccines are more important. silvercreek pharmacy is by far the worst of the worst.”
“Not from Lackawanna area (on vacation) but forgot needle tips for an insulin pen.P Called Rite Aid Lackawanna and the person answering the phone could not have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived at the store and found out it was the pharmacist, Danielle, who answered the phone (I thought it would be a pharm tech). She was incredibly helpful with my myriad of questions. She is nice, warm, and for me, incredibly knowledgeable. And Happy Birthday, again, Danielle! ❤️”

“The selection is great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful,and the only problem I have is with other customers demanding to be seen first even when going to a checkout that is not staffed and marked as closed. A lot of people are entitled in this world, and they make everything else more difficult for the people who are following the rules.
I commend the staff for dealing with these difficult customers, and I would recommend going here if you have a good head on your shoulders.
Everything is clean, organized, and very clearly marked.
