Just called there, I was told by a staffing member of Madison to call to advise I was in New York to discuss MP work and I had 3 clients looking to apply for mortgages and also I do MLO work and Donna straight hanged up on me rudely. You lost 3 clients going to another competitor. She said something rude to me and hanged up on me. I would have took it as a mistake if she wasn't nasty to me.

Gabriel is a SMART business man who portrays trust, confidence, and commitment to his customers.
He was always available for us. Late hours? Weekends? Holiday? Didn't matter; Gabe was one text/phone call away.
He explained things in a way no one had in the past (and this was not our first home).
He was fully transparent during the couple of months we worked together. Ran different scenarios and helped us decide what worked best our needs.
He kind of becomes a friend in the midst of the complex home buying process.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh as my mortgage broker, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Me and my husband really love working with 1 particular staff at Madison Mortgage, his name is Joshua Rahban. He is such a compassionate man when it comes to helping his clients. There isn't 1 thing it's a whole lot that he did for me and my husband for us to own our own home. He worked with to improve our credit to where I went from low 500 to high 600's, he helped us in ways to improve in maintaining our financial growth, understanding our issues and being overwhelmed. He was more like a family member than a Mortgage Lender. Always called and checked on us , never pushed into doing any and everything. He explained all what he wanted for us to do, OMG it's so much that it will take weeks to tell. Joshua Rahban has a heart of GOLD. He never gave up making sure that we one and guess what we did, the house we are moving into is Gorgeous and of it wasn't for him doing everything possible for this to happen I don't know what or where I would be or do. Please if you're looking for a Mortgage/ Lender he's your man and will not let let you down. He's always working hard for his clients if it's not right he'll make sure that it gets right. Mitchell Ashburn gets the job DONE! My fiancé & I had been blindsided when we were denied by our builder’s lender the week of our scheduled closing. As you can imagine we were completely heartbroken. My realtor said she knew a person that will get us to the closing table. She introduced us to Mitchell and he hit the ground running. We had many unexpected obstacles arise during the process. Mitchell was very patient in dealing with our endless questions. He was impeccable at finding alternatives solutions at every roadblock we were met with. Towards the end we were ready to walk away from our dream house but Mitchell didn’t allow us to give up. He gave us a pep talk of encouragement and he then literally spent the entire day on calls with the underwriters advocating for us. He was relentless till we got a CLEAR TO CLOSE notification! He got the settlement scheduled for the NEXT DAY! Everyone needs a Mitchell on their team. He utilizes his knowledge and expertise to fight and get the job done! We are grateful he continued to fight for us even after we had given up.
