Zero stars if I could. I don't even bank here, cashed out two $500 bonds. Needed a form. Customer service was terrible, made it clear that it wasn't in their interest to help me (also thought it was strange that their records didn't go back a year)?

This is a terrible Bank to do business with. I do business with many banks and this is the only bank that I have had such a hard time. They will not release my friends money after repeatedly going there and presenting the documents on an inheritance that she received. A complaint has been filed with the New York State Attorney General and this bank really needs to be shut down and its entirety. Word of advice do not deal with Wells Fargo. They are the worst bank in the country

Came in for a 5 minute transaction as my home specialist said over the phone. Coming into the branch and the first greet I get is a bad attitude as if my business and presence at the branch was bothering the teller Lisa! Very rude and not customer friendly.Try to open a business account and no help at all. Very poor customer service and a lot of erroneous information fro the supervisor to the business associate!

I have a Very bad experience with the customer service in lake RONKONKOMA branch .I went twice to open account they are so tough I decided to not open account on this bank!!!

Very unpleasant. I understand why they told me I could not cash the check, however, I am an employee of Volkswagen and this particular bank handles their account. I had a screen shot of my identification as I just recently lost it. There was no mention in regards to helping me open an account. I was briefly told I could do it online by another employee before being denied by the teller and bank manager. The experience was just not good and they should re think how they move forward in regards to customer relations policies.

I went to this bank twice during open business hours to open a simple savings account for my child to teach her the importance of saving regularly. Both times I was sent away because they will not see you unless you have an appointment. There were no customers waiting and it was the middle of the day. I stated that there was no one in the lobby and the representative said they were busy doing other work and pointed to paperwork on a clipboard.Turning new customers away to catch up with paperwork is not good customer service.Anyway, I left that branch and went directly to Bank of America and opened a savings account for my child without any issues.

Honestly, everyone who has helped me at this location has been so very helpful, kind, and patient, with the exception of Lisa. She has been very impatient and unfriendly on multiple occasions to the point I’ll probably let other people go ahead of me if I’m called to her window in the future. Really weird and unkind behavior! Not the worst thing that’s ever happened, but I’d say that Lisa’s poor customer service definitely isn’t up to the standards of the other employees at this location. I hope she’ll learn from the kindness of those around her soon :)

Awful customer service, the lady was very unhelpful and rude. I’ve been here twice and the first time I was told to make an appointment (which I did) and then I came a second time and I waited for over 30 minutes to receive help while there was a woman just sitting at her desk and then I was still told they couldn’t help me. What a joke.

This financial institution has been off line for the last 5 days.No ATM, or branch access period. According to them not a Wells Fargo is but a Verizon issue. So they smile and tell you to go the next open branch or simply call the back of your card.I don't understand how a multi-billion dollar institution has the face to just close down services and not find a way to immediately fix the internet issue. The nearest other branch is between 15-20 miles away.You are suppose to be servicing the community that supports you, the community what keeps you open and you shut down for 5 days during the Christmas season in where we need our money the most.This is unacceptable and you as a financial institution should be embarrassed to allow for this to go in for this long. I have been an account holder for 15years plus and I would mind at this point moving my account to a more mainstream bank with more locations within my area and frankly I wouldn't mind if this place was shut down completely.

Lady was snippy with me and answering my questions with attitude. Maybe because i look young - she went on to say ‘this doesnt take 5mins, probably an hour or more’She had a face of disbelief when i told her i got approved for a loan without having a checking with Wells (i have a credit) - poor experience, i ended up just leaving - didnt get anything done

Never can open the door with any of my cards after hour. And people I met there complained about it too. I’m not the only one. Really need to have someone check on it.

It's a shame that in 2022 banking while black is still problem. I have visited this branch with my husband several times and each time dealing with Lisa is a problem. The first problem is that she was rude - but in her defense she might be rude to all the patrons, not just the black ones.The second problem was that on more than one occasion she insinuated that my husband and I were attempting fraud. Of course Lisa must accuse the black people of being criminals. The first two times we let it go, but after today I had to make it public. She claimed the ID we provided was not sufficient but somehow it was sufficient at the same branch at an earlier date. It was also sufficient at other Wells Fargo branches - no manager or hoopla required. Having one policy for some people based on how they look and a different policy for others is called racism.
