“An amazing and fun place....my wife and I have been coming here for years and there is a huge selection for every taste and a very friendly staff. In the warmer weather they also host an outdoor flea market on a number of Sundays which is always fun and well-attended.”

“One of the best antique/thrift stores I’ve ever been too!! I’m from the city (NY) and I’ve never seen such a beautiful variety of trinkets, clothing, vintage DVDS and more! My favorite was finding the most unique and exquisite “my precious moments” figurines. To describe what this meant to my childhood and my heart & soul would take too many words. Joel, the owner is as sweet as he is kind and generous. Instant connection and instant fun.
Come check this place out for all your pre-loved but still lovable condition items!
And
Thank you for the salad Joel! ;) Hope to be back very soon!”

“When you go I recommend that you ask for Patricia. She is a very kind person. She listens to you and tries to help you in any way she can. If she needs help, whether it be food or things for her children like Pampers, formula, etc.! ! The only thing I would like is for her to be a lady with white hair. She is very rude to people. I feel like she is racist. She doesn't try to help you..!! That's why I recommend that you ask for Patricia, she is a charming woman...!! I give her 5 stars x Patricia because she helps me and many people. and thank you very much Patricia God bless you you have a good heart for everyone”

“Where's the entrance? I'll tell you where! It is located on the left side of the building with a blue awning over the entrance that's where As for handicap friendly NOPE. You can not go through this entire store without some large road blocks in their isles. Their merch was meh but went day b4 mothers day and lots of customers were picking up their previous purchases. I sure this place has a very large turn over of stuff.”

“This place is awesome and one of my favorite thrift shops to go to. The prices are great, the set up of the store is nice and the people that work there are very friendly. The one gentleman, I wish I knew his name, I think maybe tom but not positive, is so nice and helpful to all. If you’re looking for a local thrift to go to this is the one. Highly highly recommend.”

“This place is selling very expensive things, and it is supposed to be a place to help the community. We are going through times of an economy that is not good, so one seeks help buying used things, but they often have them at store prices. .”

“It is super good, they sell the clothes by the pound, the pound costs $3 dollars, the place is small but there are clothes in very good condition and new, among other things, such as shoes, bags, etc., I highly recommend it.”

“I dont like the new layout of the store. Makes the 1st floor look so messy and disorganized.Pricing guide and colors of the day or of the week confuses me.Otherwise clean place”

“I love going to the Salvation Army I just wish they were a little more organized there's no way of knowing what sizes are in the clothes until you take it off the hangers no but nothing is in any kind of organization especially in the men's wear”

“Nicest Savers on Long Island. Extremely clean and well organized. Every item is on a hanger. Someone is always around to help. I went to make a return and they went out of their way to be helpful with it. Really went the extra mile. It’s already insane that a thrift store takes returns, so they could have been a lot less generous with me.”

“I've been stopping in here frequently, mainly looking for cast iron. I've found several pieces, some that I'd call vintage, others I'd call modern users. I've yet to figure a system to which color price stickers are 50% off for any given day, just that Wednesday and Sunday have the most "on sale." Prices for the stuff I've been watching for have always been reasonable to cheap. Wish the staff members' English were better. But that could also be phrased as "wish I had paid attention in Spanish class!" (For the record, my Nonno spoke a Sicilian dialect of Italian and almost no English. I will NOT jump on that "English is our language" far right bandwagon!)”

“The store is ok and has a lot of good buys but if you don't go on discount days and don't buy discount colors, they are over priced. I found a bowl that is exactly the same bowl at the dollar store which I bought for 1.25 and island thrift had it for 3.99. Guys you need to do your research and I don't know who is pricing your stuff but you will lose a lot of customers. I heard SAVERS is opening nearby so get your act together. I only go in on discount days! However, I did find some drinking glasses that made up for the ones that broke and it was a steal. So not all bad. P”
