Lady there just now made mine and my mom's eyebrows paper thin. It hurt way more than usual and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Usually good but her service was poor.Service: Eyebrow threading

This place is not what it used to be. Every time I walk in there on a weekend there’s someone new in there and each time they just make my eyebrows worse. I always ask to just clean it and don’t make them thinner and they just do whatever they want. Now I have to let my eyebrows grow out to try and get them back to what they used to.

Place used to be my "go to" when I was in a pinch on time since it's close to home. I went today for the last time...think from when I walked in to walked out it was a total of 4 minutes. Rushed through my eyebrows only to get in the car and see a ton of missed hairs. Very obvious and annoying. Won't be coming backService: Eyebrow threading

I love this place ! The owner has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now . I only trust this place with my eyebrows. However she’s not there the whole week because of her other location in patchouge so I try to work out what days she’s at this location and move my schedule around to just see her ! The only complaint I have is one of the girls there charged me $23 for my eyebrow and lip and the owner charged me $20 today , so im not sure if there was a mischarge ? Either way no complaints , I only have intrest in seeing the owner for now on !!

From the positive reviews I was expecting this to be a good experience that I could go to monthly. So today i went to my eyebrows thread for the first time in this place, mind you my eyebrows have a lot of hair and they need some sort of form. The lady did absolutely nothing and only clean the outside. My eyebrows still look the same from how i got there. Never coming back here, it's better if you go somewhere else .. you will just be wasting your money. She doesn't take her time.

im very unhappy unfortunately i trusted the lady there to wax my underarms but she had no idea what she was doing she continuously placed the wood stick in the Community wax pot and when she couldn’t remove all of the hair from my under arms she kept repeatedly waxing the same spot and leaving me with burn marks on my under arms i will never go back

Not a fan of threading but took my daughter cause she wanted done $12 base price for threading long hair seemed addtl total at register charge showed 28 but statement said 22?

They do such a wonderful job on all services that they do. I've had everything done & I'm so pleased this is the only place I go for all my facial needs. They are the best compared to all the rest. And the prices are very affordable. Ms. Anna
