“I have been to other pharmacies to pick up prescriptions for family members and have found none that compare with this pharmacy. They are efficient. I have never waited in line. They are very professional and courteous. They called me after a prescription was ordered to let me know about a drug interaction and made a point of mentioning it again when I went to fill the prescription. When my health insurance recently changed Kathy called the carrier to make sure it was activated helping me to avoid paying out of pocket for the antibiotics and she stopped me from being billed for a doctors appointment earlier in the day. I can not express the gratitude and the piece of mind I have when they fill my prescriptions.”
“A community treasure! The staff & pharmacists treat you like an individual & a valued customer. They are always helpful and informative even when the place is buzzing with customers, especially Gina who juggles a gazillion things with a smile. They really know and care about their customers.”
“Best gas station can never beat the price and they have diesel which is a huge plus for me. Would give 5 stars but pumps seem to have problems more times than I would like. Sometimes pumps are closed and others they pump super slow. Seems like their still trying to figure out optimization of the pumps.”
“Members only and there are two extra hours except Sunday for business and executive members. It has more selections than Costco and is convenient to shop with self checkout cashier. Also the price of the gas is 20 to 30 cents cheaper that other gas stations.”

“Prescription Centre is the best! I so much prefer local pharmacy to the national chains. I am 74 and disabled. I need to use a walker which I keep folded up in my trunk. I don't so much mind taking it out and then having to fold it back up and lift it into the trunk if I'm going into a store to shop or a doctor's office. But to have to take it out and put it back to go into a place to pick up just one thing is why I prefer curbside "delivery." We moved to Middle Island 2 1/2 years ago and Prescription Centre in Coram was the closest local pharmacy. I called and spoke to Dottie, explained my need for requesting that my orders be brought out to my car and was assured that it would be no problem and that they could also deliver. I have actually never been in the store! Dottie or one ofthe other ladies there even call me when they have prescriptions for me or my wife and ask if we'd like it delivered. I've never had many dealings with the pharmacist, but have nevere had any problems with anyone there.”
“This pharmacy delivered the following day as promised and is my new primary pharmacy for all my scripts. David addressed all of my concerns and questions about my medication prescribed. :)”

“I stopped here, at OnPoint Pharmacy, during my recent travel, after a quick trip to the Urgent Care. This place is a gem! The staff was warm and enthusiastic, making me feel at home.
The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient.
Overall, a great experience. You guys rock!”

“We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”

“UPDATE:After my previous review, i was able to speak ro a very helpful and friendly member of the pharmacy team and explain some of my problems and concerns. The person went out of her way to address my issues and explain ro me how certain things go with stocking and insurance, and helped to resolve some of my worries. I will be returning for another try! I recommend this pharmacy ro anyone who is disabled and needs a close relationship with their pharmacy. If you don’t get answers immediately, be a little persistent. The pharmacist will investigate for you!!I am very saddened to have had to leave this pharmacy in recent months. Having been a long time customer for years prior to the transfer of ownership, it's very disappointing. I will say that the pharmacy team is friendly and they do their best to help. However, for me personally, there have been too many problems with stocking and ordering of medications since the new ownership. Some of the people who answer phones are not always friendly. They will say they ordered medication, and when you call the next day, it either was not ordered or it did not come in. It is also sad to see a lot of previous staff members left, The purpose of this review is not to bash the pharmacy. My hope is that it helps improve things for the future. As someone who is disabled and homebound, the deliveries were a big help, but it becomes an issue when you can't get your medication. I have many underlying medical issues and take many medications, so it is something I can not gamble when other pharmacies are able to order with no issues. I have since had to move pharmacies, but in the future, I hope this pharmacy can improve so I can try again, because, in fairness, I did enjoy my experience only until recently,”

“Excellent service in the Medford store today. My son is in Army Basic Training and I used the website to order photos so I can make his victory forge lantern. Got there and his head was cut off. Of course I started to lose it; but the associate was so kind and helpful. Fixed the issue immediately and applied a coupon to my order that I didn't know about. Sorry I didn't get her name but the receipt number is 211 4365 0022 hope that helps in getting her the recognition she deserves for being an exemplary employee and human being.

What I love, is they have fresh grab & go's There seasonal department was gorgeously displayed Every end cap beautifully set & displayed I can definitely say my visit was ABOVE & BEYOND HIGHLY SATISFYING & worth it!! “Tomkin's pharmacy was definitely a breath of fresh air after using chain pharmacies for a decade and then using mom and pop pharmacies that just wanted to take advantage of you and overcharge you. Darryl was the best and always extremely compassionate and just always a good experience. Since the new ownership it's still been a pleasant experience I'd never go back to any other pharmacy even when I need random items I'll go out of my way to go in there as opposed to Walgreens or shop rite.”

Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”
