This office is terrible. They never do their jobs. They force the patients to call the pharmacies and insurance companies to handle their own prior auths and rx refills. When the pharmacy or insurance company tries to contact the doctors office to get the information needed to refill or or approve the office never calls back and it sits for days until the patient takes care of it. Constantly message up appointment scheduling. Lauren Berman is great, too bad her staff is basically useless

I had a cold for 2 days and got tested for Covid. The Doctor prescribed Paxlovid immediately and I got the prescription from the CVS pharmacy.

I have found this team of healthcare providers to be compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been there many times and never wait long and always have my concerns addressed. Dr Thomas is actually now my primary care physician and I feel confident in the level of care I receive. I heartily recommend this clinic.

Lauren Berman is very professional and easy to talk to, she works hard to help with any health concerns and explains everything! Been going to this office for over 2 years and have never had any complaints! The front office staff are great, especially Jessica very knowledgeable and friendly.
