“I have been a member of Retro Fitness in Ronkonkoma for over 7 years now. I am one of the members that comes in during opening (5:00 AM).Cortney opens and she is the best thing to happen to Retro. She is always on time, which is so important to members working out at this time, as we all need to make it on time to their own jobs on time. Cortney is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning. She always greets with a nice smile and great attitude. She does not perform just as an employee, but she would make an exceptional manager. Cortney always ensures all the paper towels and disinfectant spray bottles are full. She keeps the front desk/ food prep station spotless. Cortney is the reason I rated Retro Ronkonkoma 5 stars.”

“I started the trainer page almost two months ago and can not be happier with my experience. The trainers are the best and the environment is extremely motivating. There's classes all day long at all different times which is very convenient for me bc I have 3 little kids. I always leave feeling as if I got such a great workout and have already noticed major results in all aspects of my life. If ur on the fence about this place, just start u will not be disappointed!”
