Rude night staff. Oddly higher prices. Workers see to lack independent thought, and can’t read prices listed on shelves. 7-11 is a dime a dozen I’ll go to another one.

This place is really dirty. They had no coffee left on any of their machines and not making anymore. Go a mile down the street to Gibbs pond. Much nicer and cleaner there.

dont go. some old indian dude with an attitude doesnt even know how mobile checkout works. dude was yelling at me saying to pay for it again but im literally showing him I scanned the product and payed for it. didnt even try to help he just said "no work" and tried to charge me for it

Employees are always extra nice here. People giving low ratings and complaining about personal gripes and circumstances, well I’d hate to keep them from all the fun parties they’ve been invited to ?Guess what! It’s a 7-Eleven. The employees don’t have control over everything. The prices in particular, OMG! Fatherless households much?

Two girls were working 1:30 on 5-24. I’m grateful they were nice employees. Ive been traveling and had a long few days, my daughter has been grumpy. We came to the store, and my kid started crying over toys, and the worker blew up a balloon and asked if she could give it to my daughter. This made a world of difference for us, and I wanted to say I appreciate the kindness. Some days you just don’t know how far a little act of kindness goes.
Also to add this 7-11 is usually great, no issues.

Im a loyal customer and a local was served today by a lady who had no customer service skill at all was extremely rude an rushing me out without help she was clearly having a bad day an brought it to work if you cant take a busy store work somewhere where you dont have to deal with people ..Think ill go to the opposite 711 for now on...MINUS 0 STARS
