What a mess!
Do not expect their crews to know how to install your appliance, even though they do offer that service for a fee.
When I needed to replace my 15 year old KitchenAid D/W with a new one, they arrived, unhooked the old one, looked at it and then said they couldn't do the install, that I would have to find a plumber. They took the new one away and promised to redeliver. Plumber came to look and said he didn't understand what the problem was-everything pretty simple.
When I tried to have the D/W re-delivered...Wilsons didn't show up. The person I spoke with didn't write down my appointment. Everyone very confused! Nobody seems to know what's going on. I did get a refund.
Wilson's has been a Northcountry institution and I've relied on them for years. It's sad when things change. I don't want to go to big box stores but there is no choice anymore.

Worst, most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Actually, there is no customer service, even when you purchase a new washing machine and it won't drain and your clothes are stuck in it. They want you to wait two weeks to come look at it! I bought several appliances from them and this is how I am treated. I try to buy local, but I should have listed to my many friends and stayed clear of them! DO NOT buy any product from Wilson Appliances!

Called on a Tuesday spoke with John in sales about a washer. He answered all our questions, very professional and down to earth.The washer arrived on Friday just like it was scheduled .Installation was fast and simple.The two men were very knowledgeable and professional.They made sure the washer was working before they left.What more could you ask for.Would not think of going anywere else.Wilson's will now have all our business.Thank you Wilson's

Bought a dishwasher from someone else. It needed repairs done to it. Wilson's was the manufacturer's local repair company. Spoke with someone about it, gave me the " well since you didn't buy it from us..." Told them it was under warranty and the manufacturer was paying for it. Left a message with someone at the service extension and never hear from them again. Manufacturer placed a service call too and nothing. Would think they might try to earn a new customer out of the situation but they decided not to.

Our dryer finally died, so we called Wilson's for new one, and they had one in stock that matched our LG washer. Very competitive price and was delivered quickly & installed by Nate & Dylan. Would recommend Wilsons to anyone needing new appliances or service on existing appliances.

Quick response to our needs. Delivery was right on the button; Jimmy and Josh did a great job under difficult conditions ( our driveway and walk are tough). Might consider adding glass top protective cleaner with delivery since it's suggested prior to use.Thanks so much.

Recently bought a refrigerator. The whole ordering and delivery process went smoothly. They fit me in on a day when they seemed pretty booked already. The delivery occurred at the time given to me. Keegan and Jimmy who delivered and installed the fridge were great. They had to take several additional measures to get the fridge in and take old one out because the front door was too narrow. This was done very efficiently. I appreciate the care they took with not damaging anything in the process.
