OUTSTANDING!! I was in town for hockey activities. Walking "Main St" and passed by this store and thought "I have been looking for new gym shoes, let's see what they have"... met by knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who gained my confidence with what "I needed"...might not be the least expensive option, but you will never get this level of attention from one of those chain sporting goods stores....what a great experience!!! Stop in...you won't be sorry!!

Went in looking for supportive, comfortable shoes for walking around. I was greeted by friendly staff and immediately trusted their opinion. They gave me a few different options and brands to try and I ended up with some New Balances! Also bought a pair of sunglasses. Would totally recommend Fallen Arch!

The saleswoman was incredibly rude. Signs say "do not try on shoes if you don't intend to buy". Saleswoman made a point to tell me that if she grabs the other shoe for me, I better be sure I want to purchase it. Rude. I want to go back and try on 100 pairs and walk out.

I was going in to buy two pairs of Hokas with my wife and baby. They rudely said I could not come in with my baby in a stroller. Poor customer service. They lost my business.

Great experience. The staff encouraged me to grab my brother who h stayad outside with his Black Lab. Helpful with the insoles I needed and had Hoka on sale. Will be back.

I walked in and the salesman made eye contact with me and proceeded to appeignore me for several minutes. I waited at the register and he still seemed to be intentionally ignoring me. While I understand he was talking to another customer, an acknowledgment or "be right with you" would have been nice. He did not acknowledge me until I was at the register after several minutes. He then proceeded to ask me if I knew what I was buying. Good deal on gaiters but won't go back nor recommend because I'm not sure if just poor customer service (or because I'm a woman). Prices were okay- nothing to write home about.
