This shop has good reputation that is why I had my vb wrx tuned here. Taylor is honest and professional. He is easy to communicate with. He treats his customer with respect. I am glad I found this place and really enjoyed the service.

Very respectful people always answered any questions I had the best they could for me to understand. Will be going back for a dynamic turned for my new build 2020 wrx and hopefully do a full video review of the process and show the full experience of there process. Hopefully they alow me to set up a camera and show there good work.

In the middle of a bustling Lake Placid small town Hoffman says they have 24 seven roadside service which is false nobody answered their phones they say they’re open on Saturdays nobody answer the phones I think it’s pretty pathetic when you advertise that stuff but you leave people hanging sad

Can’t say big enough thank you to the team at Moon Performance. Not only did they fix my DIY project that I tried to tackle, but did the engine replacement and further upgrades. This is gonna be a fun drive home back to CT.

I brought my 05 wrx here earlier this year for a ej206 engine swap, tune, and a few extras. It was a far more lengthy experience from what I was originally thinking, but only because everything had to be ordered and ran into multiple hiccups along the way. Waiting for the car was frustrating I cannot lie, but I also understood that so many issues kept popping up. Josh was very professional in explaining everything to me over the phone even with me hounding them. He would consistantly explain to me what was happening a few times a week.?Eventually they managed to figure everything out and had the car running and tuned ready for pickup. Been driving it for a while now with no major issues so far .? definitely was a hefty bill though understandably ?. But they definitely know what they are doing subaru wise.

Drove over 2 hours to get some performance parts put on my WRX and have it tuned. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They are fantastic and very knowledgeable guys. Josh was a key player in making the whole experience run smoothly and answered all my questions over email and in person. If you are looking for a tune definitely check them out ?

Moon is the best. Great team and community that surrounds them. Their focus is what YOUR goals are and how to bring those to life. Extremely helpful through the entire build process from planning to execution. They always delivers amazing results. Going to Moon is like being a kid on Christmas morning wether it’s for a build/tune, dyno day, track day, etc.
