Beware! Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for graduation and when I emailed them a few days later for the tracking number, I learned for the first time that my order had been “canceled”. When I inquired further, they said it was because of a “payment issue“ and that I was welcome to try ordering again. Given that it was very close to the graduation, I asked if they would be willing to provide expedited shipping free of charge and, to my surprise, they flatly said no. Never shopping with them again!

Bought these rain boots for my husband only 6 weeks ago and this happened without even regular use. Very disappointed. Consumer beware.

This was once a Bass Outlet store with significant selection well priced items. Today, it’s a Bass store with very minimal stock of uninteresting stuff selling at very high prices for what it is. This store should reverse course, or it may not survive.

There was no good fishing spots and when I asked an employee to help me fish for some baby bass she kicked me in my nuts and security though me out 1/10 just because when she kick me it felt good. Don’t ask me what I stared fishing for later that night…

My experience in this store was the worst. I was on a vacation with my family and went into the store to look for a coat. The female staff/cashier at the store kept a close watch on me as soon as I entered, asked to grab my clothes while I was still shopping to keep it at the front for checkout. I felt as though she thought I was going to steal it, I felt rushed and wanted to buy more stuff but decided not too. I am a Hispanic woman and that day I was wearing box braids, I don't know if those were the reasons I was treated that way but there were other people in the store as well and she did not treat them the same way she treated me.

So, so disappointed. I was excited to see a Bass store still open but when I got there the only Bass items were a small selection of shoes. All the clothing was DKNY.Don't waste your time coming here if you're looking for Bass clothing.
