Joe's Mini Mart is a staple store in the Hadley-Lake Luzerne area. It is known for its absolutely awesome submarine sandwiches, which are a creation with excellent bread, fresh deli cold cuts, cheeses, and your added extras. They also offer a selection of homestyle salads and soups. The ingredients are fresh, though some find the potato salad mediocre with huge chunks of potato and needing more flavor. Everyone on staff is welcoming and professional, treating customers like family. It is a mini market with a satisfying big surprise for both locals and seasonal visitors.
The potato salad used to be outstanding, now is mediocre The chunks of potatoes are huge, so it's dry even though it looks creamy. Definitely needs more flavor. Super disappointed 😞

First time visit based on reviews I decided to try their sub. Ordered a turkey with blt, mayo, onion, Italian oil, and American cheese. Not sure oil and onion were on sub as it was a little bland. Ingredients were fresh, and sub roll was very good. I will definitely order again. 10.00 for a full sub.

Great subs and their tuna Mac salad with peas is the best! Staff is always very friendly. Highly recommend!!
