“This is a beautiful place run by an amazing couple! Cozy and in a wonderful location with walkable options and close to other nearby attractions. We try and go whenever we get the chance.”

“Lovely home with many amenities - We loved the fire pit, pool table, home theater, hot tub and "secret room" for the kids. The location is beautiful on the 11th hole (?) of the Sagamore Golf Club. We enjoyed walking around the immediate area with our two dogs - especially in the snow! If planning for a large group, the bathroom situation could perhaps be explained more explicitly as some rooms require a shared bath. But we made it work. The property manager(s) were amazing - we had a small glitch and they were on top of it and extremely helpful and polite. Communication is excellent. All was good!”

“We had the best time here. It's perfect for families. The deli next door was so convenient. We spent most of our time at the beach, but it's a quick drive in to town for restaurants and other activities. The staff was the best!!”

“This is a locally owned "classic style" roadside motel. First off, for the price ($79/nt - weeknight early May) it was a great deal for sure. The location was great, walking distance to everything in town and has very nice amenities right on the lake (pier with chairs, pool, outdoor fireplace, multiple gas firepits/ chairs at lake). I found the room very clean and appropriately updated but would have been a little on the small side if it was more than just me. The bed was not the most comfortable but was fine for a night or 2. The view/ proximity of the back of the neighboring motel gave the outdoor areas a bit of a claustrophobic feel (but it was clean and well kept) and parking/ turning around was extremely tight. I would stay there again for sure though!”

“My husband and I took a Fourth of July trip and stayed at the Warrensburg inn & suites. We came in late. The host, Sharon, was there to greet us. Her hospitality was extraordinary. She walked us to our room and showed us how everything worked and the essentials they had for us. The room was very clean and quaint. The retro red refrigerator made it feel like we were home. I had to work online and having wifi helped a lot. We were welcomed from the beginning until we left. Sharon and Steven are amazing hosts. This was located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Lake George. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Plenty of gas stations as well. This will be our new place to getaway. Wonderful experience.”

“We had a great time up there for bike week
Close 15 minute walk to town. Nice fire pit tables to grill right outside your cabin. We stayed in 19 and we loved it. Pool was great too. The people running it were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to lake George and we are staying here!!! Price was very reasonable for what you get
They have a full functional kitchen which was great eating out gets very expensive

Nearby activities: 10 min walk or 2 min car ride to town”

“Great stay at the Owl Lodge at Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge. The cabin was amazing, very clean and had the best view on the mountains and lake from the deck. The host was responsive and helped make our stay safe and warm during an unexpected snow storm. Highly recommend!”

“This weekend was our third time staying at Nordick's Inn. They have made several upgrades since our last stay. One of them being a beautiful fire pit!. The rooms are spotless, the service great! Mike and Kathleen make you feel at home. 5/5”

“Excellent workers. Great responding to your needs. Great pools and playgrounds. 2 so you can choose.

Location is a 4 only because I wish you could get into the town easier.

We had a wonderful time used boats, pools, playground, and cabin porch.”

“We booked a night in Lake George to extend our vacation and booked Green Acres on a whim but the reviews were great. The reviews did not disappoint. Tony is Phenomenal. His upbeat sparkling personality along with his wonderful suggestions on Lake George. Kudos! The property is great as well. Love the swimming pool and rooms are smaller but provide everything and are nice and clean. 10/10 Recommend this motel to anyone coming through.”

“We stayed here for 5 days. Great location and within walking distance to so many places. The room was clean and had everything we needed except paper towel. We asked for some and they said they don't provide it, but did give us extra kitchen towels. I would definitely come back here to stay again.”

“I'am a big believer in reviews. I base all my purchases on them. Here are my thoughts. They boast it is elegant and luxury, which in most part it was. This may sound like I am nitpicking, however when I stay at a luxury and elegant place with that price tag, my expectations are high. We stayed two nights. Let me walk you through. Upon arriving staff was welcoming and informative. They gave you some history of the Inn and informed you of the amenities. A matter of fact, the staff was wonderful, from cleaners to waitresses. Our room was clean. There was champagne and water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was fantastic. Here are the complaints. There was a chair in the room with a 6" tear in it, a rug that was frayed, and an ottoman to another chair with a number of noticeable stains on it. All easy fixes! Also, I figured since this was not a hotel room and you are paying quit a bit more, they would come by and give fresh towels and at least make the bed. Nothing major just a bit disappointing. Yes, I would stay there again!”

“This is the 4th year in a row we stayed here. We love the location. Front desk person at check in on July 7 was very attentive and hospitable. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Plenty of barbacue grills to use, which we do for lunch to avoid getting price gouged at restaurants”

“We stayed in one of the villas along the lake shore. They're all similar; rustic and quaint, perfectly in keeping with a traditional summer camp on the lake. The amenities in the main house are nice; it's really kind of a hidden gem!”

“I had a family room with the kitchenette in it, it was clean and sufficient for 2 people. We stayed there for 5 nights with no issues. I didn't cook in the room, as there are no vents, so I opt to cook outside in their grill. The bathroom is a bit small, toilet is loose and often flushes on it's on. The front desk customer service is great, if you have any request, they respond pretty quickly. The location is great, as it is about 10 minute walk to the village and to the beach and entertainment center. They have good breakfast across the street, so that's good but can be pricy. The food in the area is pretty pricey.”

“Away from the hustle & bustle of the village. Had a very relaxing stay here during Americade 2023, the resort is under renovations but was very accommodating. The room was clean & comfortable, with the usual amenities (remember to bring your own coffee & filters though!) There is a small convenience type store across the street & a restaurant too.Wendy is the property manager, she "wears many hats" & went above & beyond to make our stay a pleasant one!Noteworthy details: Rustic charm, with improvements on the way. Quiet, w/spectacular views of Lk. George!”

“A true Adirondack feel that's close to both Six Flags and Lake george village. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub on both days of our stay. We did not get the chance to use the sauna room though. We also enjoyed cooking on the brand new BBQ/smoker in the back next to the fire pit that they provide. The owners were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area with many helpful suggestions on activities to do during our stay. If your looking for a private Adirondack stay this is it. Your in the center of all the action with a trolly that passed by often that takes you to and from the village and other activities in the area. Upon arriving you'll be met with the scent of coffee and cedar from the office that reminded me of my mother's cabin at camp. We truly enjoyed our stay at this establishment.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Great accommodations, friendly staff.. the grounds were very clean. Had a fire pit at night for 6 dollar wood purchase they even helped start the fire..I will definitely return. Perfect location on the lake..”

“This is the 2nd time in 3 years that me and the wife made the trip. Once again we were satisfied. We were able to check in early. Swim in the heated pool.We also learned that the poolside snack bar does breakfast, lunch and serves liquor. Chris W runs this bar and is super friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding activities and places of interest. P.S we also swam in the lake. Definitely going back next year when the season starts a week before Memorial Day.”

“The cabins are smaller and the sheets probably could have been washed a little better. But the service was great and was an amazing help even though we arrived late. Recommend for a good cheap cabin room that is close to everything in Lake George

Nearby activities: Six flags the great escape, everything at lake George”

“The hotel is right off a highway exit which made it a scary deal both trying to get out and into the parking lot. The hallways smelled awful and were hot and humid. Everything in the room was ok except my clothes all felt damp as if humidity was high despite the AC being on.
The fridge froze everything solid which was disappointing. People above us came in late and stomping around and laughing loudly and the walls and ceiling are paper thin so they woke me and I had a hard time sleeping again and we had early day the next day. The breakfast was great lot of options and something for everyone.
The room was clean, the beds were ok but kind of lumpy mattress. I realize not a high end hotel just wanted to note some of the things I recall. The staff were all friendly and check in and check out went fast and simple. Oh I forgot we came back one day and our card keys didn’t work. They said they thought we were checking out after two nights which made no sense because we paid at check in for three nights.”

“Came here in a jam after a car accident. Recommended by local residents. Manager was veryfriendly and so accommodating. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable and location was accessible to food and sundries which was key at we didn't have a car. Definitely recommended and they made a difficult situation easier.”

“rating this hotel a 1 star is beyond what it deserves!!! please DO NOT consider staying here!!! they have bed bugs, I am beyond mortified. I have bites all over and so do my children!! there are stains all over the walls, cigarette burns all over the bath tub, the faucets don't turn off the water, drug deals going down and people partying that seem to live there!!! if we weren't scared and also trapped into staying here because we would lose so much money for canceling last second we would have left but we drove 5 hours to get there!!! i am beyond mortified and the worst part is they won't refund anything for all these problems!!!!! we had to buy extra blankets just to sleep on the beds, I cannot even believe we did that. I am regretting it all now and wishing I would have canceled anyways and lost my money because now we are all sick from the mold and dealing with bed bug bites. luckily I have video and photo proof and will not stop until something is done about this. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for what you advertise this place to be verse what you actually offer.”

“I stay at a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst. On arrival I had no electricity, and it has gone out several times. Most if not all of my wing are migrant contractors who cook in the rooms. My circuit breaker was tripped. The place smells like burned grease. There are muddy boots and trash everywhere. Yesterday there was a bunch of people sitting on my car smoking. Then my key did not work. Terrible and I doubt if I will use Wyndham again if they let their hotels be this bad.”

“Pro: We had an amazing time. The view was amazing. We had Lakeview. The room was cleaned and our bed was made every day by the workers. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
Con: The restaurant was overpriced and not that great. We were misinformed by the website. We thought it had elevators on all the buildings. They only had elevators in the main building. My grandparents were struggling to go down 36 steps one way. They had to stay in the room most of the day because it was too much. They should have taken the rocks out to walk to the lake by the patio sides. Poor kids were struggling to walk. The playground area needs some updates. The slide cut my little guy a couple of times.”

“Only a park reviewWe bought day passes for spring break. It was quite busy but tolerable.Pros:Not a huge park, but plenty to keep kids busy for hours.Lots of life guards on dutyFood and lockers on site (food was pricey though)Cons:Not enough tubes for the lazy river. Only %25 of ppl had tubes and were hoarding them. The water was very cold throughout. Kid we were with had to get out several times, freezing with grey lips.”
