I have never had an issue at the Lake Katrine office. I always get my mail when I am supposed to and transactions at the Post Office are efficient and friendly.

I don’t know who delivers packages but they decided it was a bright idea to leave a paper envelope out in the pouring rain instead of walking to extra three feet to put on my ACTUAL porch instead of the sidewalk. Terrible.

Post office workers were nice and the facilities were clean, but an old lady customer stole my brand new packing tape while my back was turned. I know it was an old lady because there were only two of us in the post office when it happened. I just wanted to note that I'm very disappointed in her, in the off chance she sees this review.

I bought a brand new box from them to ship out a brand new PlayStation 4 i was a piece of tape short lady wouldnt even give me a piece made me buy a whole roll for 4.00 and then on top of it they lost my freaking box i got 3 pieces of my box mailed back to me with my address and the person i was sending it to address and told me they cant find it unbelievable 0 stars for that shame on you United Postal Service!
