I went to stage one as a last resort which should of been my first choice
After going to a lot of repair shops even crysler but no one could fix my door . Stopped at stage one at a wim and not only were they polite and kind but they took my van right in and diagnose my problem ad fixed it .
I will now be a return customer from now out.

I have to leave another 5 stars for stage 1 as they are absolutely fantastic, everyone who works there is courteous and knowledgeable and they have taken great care of us and the car we bought from them 4 years ago! Just purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Stage One and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.I went to high school with the owners, Ed Fetzer and Larry Herzog (RIP) and have been following their journey over the past 38 years building their business from a two car garage to what it is today.Salesman John King went above and beyond with the whole sales process including getting me the best deal with the bank for my financing.He and his office co-worker also DELIVERED the car to my workplace so he could save me a trip down there on my lunch hour! Now THAT'S what I call customer service well above the industry standard!Everybody I came in contact with from the detail guys to the service guys were all polite, courteous and friendly as well as extremely capable.I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car and will be bringing all my repair business there as well!Thank you Stage One Auto, you are truly a local gem in the Hudson Valley!Sincerely, George Fatizzi

Five stars in every aspect: I have been going to Stage 1 for repairs to my 1990 Honda for about 10 years: Patrick and the mechanics--who have worked there for many years--are very knowledgeable, very very thorough, and professional; Matt and the service department are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful,; and everyone there is friendly. The repair process is fair and honest: they always tell me if I don't need something and which part would be the best value. The mechanics are very smart and helpful have done some really impressive repairs on my 1990 Honda--especially when parts were not available. All repairs were done correctly, and I never have had any issues in10 years I have brought my car there!! Thank you Stage 1.
