“Nice customer service but they didn't have a unit the size I needed. My number was taken and I received a call when one came available, 2 weeks later. Unfortunately I no longer needed a unit, but I really appreciate the time and thought to call me. Often those follow-ups don't happen. On a side note, the numbers listed on Google didn't get me to their office. But they provide 24 hour access and support. And have pens and other office supplies with the correct number on them.”
“The staff here were all professional and helpful, I was in and out in minutes for both pick up and drop off. They even took care of me when I dropped off before they opened. I go to them for small trailers when my equipment trailer isn't appropriate.”

“I am pretty much willing to pay anything if a business offers me good customer service, seeing as most "customer service" is now all automated. Allspace in Kingston is very reasonably priced, their customer service is fantastic and they are so nice! The only issue I've had is with their website. I've been going through a rough patch and they were beyond helpful...I've had my storage unit with them for 3 years and I'm very happy there.”
