“I had such a nice experience with Matthew from the call center yesterday and today that I just had to leave a review.
When I called yesterday I’m sure I was rambling. It’s been a stressful few weeks and now I had an issue with a credit card charge and needed help fixing that. Matthew was so incredibly pleasant. He listened patiently as I rambled (I’m sure he didn’t need to know every detail of past few weeks LOL). He was super kind in not only helping me with the issue at hand, fixing a whole other issue I wasn’t expecting him too. Good customer service deserves recognition.
