I am pretty much willing to pay anything if a business offers me good customer service, seeing as most "customer service" is now all automated. Allspace in Kingston is very reasonably priced, their customer service is fantastic and they are so nice! The only issue I've had is with their website. I've been going through a rough patch and they were beyond helpful...I've had my storage unit with them for 3 years and I'm very happy there.

As an over the road truck driver I don’t have the room in my truck to carry all my belongings with me and I have to be able to get to my stuff as I need it. AllSpace storage is very convenient for me do to the wide isles and easy street access. It’s very easy to drive the tractor part of my truck to get to my unit. AllSpace is very maintained and secure so, I feel very comfortable storing my belongings there.

I've been in a climate-controlled, 24-hour access, 10x10 unit for years. Easy access, well-maintained. My only complaint is about the cost. For several years I opted to pay annually in advance by check. The bonus was a free month. When new management took over, they dropped that option. So now I pay monthly by credit card. It costs me $150/year more, and they're paying more than that to VISA. Stupid!

Great storage place gated and need a code to get in so I feel my stuff is safe there and the staff does storage checks to make sure you locked it up correctly and they email you to let you know thats not locked right staff is great never really had a problem with them our units are easily accessible and we can drive right up to them

Great place to store my stuff in both temperature control and non. They have a variety of size units. Access is protected by a key coded gate which you can make your own code. Sometimes I come and the gate is propped open which I don't always like but the stuff is super nice, always friendly. Once my card was compromised and they couldn't run it and they both emailed and called so I got it fixed right away. In addition there are sensors so if you accidentally leave your unit open they call or email to let you know
